ZOMEi Store ships all around the globe. We ship most of our international packages with DHL Express. If you are located in USA, UK, Australia, Russia, Canada, China, and other EU countries, we will ship items from our warehouse to your address free of cost. So wherever you are, you can get the best deal on the greatest gears; at the best prices!
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only. Most of the orders will be shipped within 24 hours from the time when the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends and selected holidays are processed on the next business day.
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and one more e-mail will be sent to you after your order has been shipped. The second email will contain the tracking information along with the instructions on how to track your parcel. Please make sure your shipping address entered is correct in order to ensure a smooth delivery! The item will reach you in about 2-20 days.

Refused or Returned packages
If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address or is declined by the customer or is undelivered for any reason, ZOMEi reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of the undelivered packages or merchandise to us.
