1. What about the shipping rate to Our country?

2. The min purchase value 100USD is for one order or one item?
The min order value 100USD is our requirement for one order, not one item. But this amount doesn’t include your shipping fee.

3. When I choose standard shipping service, can I get a tracking number?
No matter which shipping way you choose, a tracking number will be provided after we sent out the order.

4. How can I get my parcel? Can I get it at home?
Normally we shipped our stuff to global through Express company, such as DHL, FEDEX, EMS and others. All of them can provide door to door service.

5. What should I do if I don’t receive my parcel or the items I received with defects or damage?
After shipment you will get a tracking number, it can help you track till get it. In addition if there are something damage or with defects, please don’t worry. Just please provide the pictures, we will give you corresponding compensation, like refund or replace.

6. We find that the quantity of most items start from 3. Can I get 1 pcs for them?
3pcs is system default setting, this data you can change when make the order.

7. Should I pay other fees when the parcel arrive?
If the parcel arrive and produces custom tax, you should pay it. But we usually write a lower amount on the invoice to help customer avoid it. It is better that customer can provide us an expected amount as declare value.

8. Can I get a discount for my order?
Our website have a complete discount systerm, according to different order amount, you will enjoy different discount, but at the same time have two discount, just subject to the biggest one, not cumulative.

9. How long I can get my parcel after complete the payment?
Usually, our worker will arrange your order shipping in 24 hours after get the payment, except special situation (such as holiday or bad weather ), but we will inform customer when it happen. Detailed delivery time please reference different express company.

10. I found that there are a lot of items are not in stock, that is what I want to buy? When you can get new stock?
The frequency of updating new arrival is about 1~2 days, if factory stop producing, we will stop updating.

11. Your stuff is same as the pictures we see on the website?
All of our products are as you seen on website.
