When you order the item, you will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another e-mail after your order has been shipped. The second one will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel.
If you are located in America, it will arrive to you about 2-5 days. If in European countries, it will be 2-7 days. Other countried will be 5-20 days.

● Hi, will this hold a nikon d7200 with 55-300mm lens??
I'm pretty sure you'll be fine. It holds my D810 with 70-200mm lens fine, I just weight the tripod to be on the safe side. It is a light weight tripod but solid construction.

● Will the tripod work for a Coolpix B500?
Sure,it supports a variety of models of the camera. If you have any questions, you can contact us at any time.

● Will this do for a semi-pro getting back to the biz after 30yrs. with a nikon d3200 and an 80-400mm nikkor?
Yes. It's rated to over 20 lbs (I'd never try that), but holds my full-frame Nikon's (d810 and d610) with huge lenses (like the Tamron 200-500) in the vertical position and horizontal position very securely.

● Whats the main difference between the 688 and the 699?
The 699 is a travel tripod with 5 leg sections with max height of 1490mm (58.7 in), and the 688 is not designed for compact travel and contains 4 longer leg sections, with a max height of 1590mm (62.6 in).

● Is this tripod good for panoramic shots?
Yes, it had a rotational control that is perfect for shooting a panorama.
