Return and Repair policy



30 Days Unconditional Refund Guarantee for Unopened & Unused Items

 If you are not satisfied with our products for any reason, you can return the products within 30 days after the date of delivery. We will happily refund the purchase price. Note that the shipping fee in both sides is non-refundable 
 
Notes
  You need to contact our service support by email or phone call before you want to return or need replacements, and we will provide a Return Authorization number (RMA) for you.

 Please contact with us firstly at
zomei@zomei.com. We should return items as requested. First send a clear photo or video of the damaged or defective product and the shipping packaging before we can consider issuing RMA authorization.

 We will not be responsible for your missing parcel if you send it back without contacting with us before shipment.

 The returned item should be in good new condition. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, or used in any way.

 Refund will be issued within 2 or 3 business days after received the returned package.

 If you
purchased a wrong item, you must inform us within the first 30 days of delivery. You will be responsible for the reshipping fee and also the price difference of the exchanged item. We will not reimburse the return shipping fee.

 If we have mistakenly shipped a wrong item, then we will reship the correct item as soon as possible and email the tracking information to you. You must inform us within the first 30 days of delivery. Depending on the type of item, we we may request for photos or we may request for the wrong item to be returned. We will reimburse the return shipping fee.

 If your item arrives damaged or is not working, please follow the warranty process and contact us at zomei@zomei.com for RMA authorization within 7 days of the order being received.   

 If you leave the wrong address or undeliverable address, will try to intercept the order but we cannot guarantee it because we ship out orders as soon as you order it. If the order is returned to us due to your  wrong or undeliverable address, you should be responsible for the reshipping fee. If the order is not returned due to your  wrong or undeliverable address, we will be not responsible for anything.

Two Years Repair Warranty

It is easy to return a product. Within 24 months of order placed, buyers can send items back for free repair service, in this case, buyers pay all the shipping fees in both sides. Which mean you should pay us the shipping fees for us to send them back to you. If buyer breaks the items and some components need to be changed, we will charge for the original value of those components. If your item arrives damaged or is not working, please feel free to contact us at zomei@zomei.com, we will issue it with 2 or 3 business day,
